Flexible, harmonious and contemporary
De Winder is a Berlin-based architect’s office that develops bespoke designs for interiors, tailored to each customer’s requirements. One of their customers wanted an extremely flexible whiteboard system for their refurbished office space. And it didn’t take long to decide on Mocon, the cleverly designed board system from the SIGEL range.
Although the work processes in comparable businesses are often very similar, there are always small differences that need to be considered when planning a redesign. Piotr Misiewicz, Head of Design at de Winder, believes that having a flexible workspace is particularly important for the well-being, motivation and productivity of employees. When a customer wanted their new whiteboard system to be as flexible as possible, the decision was a no-brainer. They went for SIGEL’s Mocon, a product range that clearly stands out from its competitors due to its superb design. There was also a lot about the functionality of the system that Misiewicz found “cool”, including its mobility and lightweight material, and the sound-absorbent boards in the range. For him, Mocon is definitely a style of board that is “harmonious and contemporary”.

Where creative people come together
The Brandneo advertising agency uses Meet up for agile work. These communications professionals have deliberately chosen the mobile office board from the SIGEL range. Sebastian Galla, the agency’s director, explains why.
Brandneo uses the SIGEL Meet up office board system for creative teamwork. Sebastian Galla is firmly convinced that this is the right choice. The magnetic boards, which can also be written on, offer maximum mobility and plenty of space for creative, collaborative work within his advertising agency. The multifunctional board surface makes it easy to jot down new ideas and concepts, as well as attach important information: optimal visualisation that produces the best results. Despite the increasing digitalisation of the workplace, the team rates the whiteboards highly for planning during a Kanban sprint. A huge plus for the team: thanks to the mobile stand, the boards are easy to move around and use in different spaces.

INDEPENDENT, INNOVATIVE & MOBILE
Which tools and options should a modern office provide to enable staff to shine? At Innovation Natives, mobility and flexibility are the top trends when it comes to office design.
Innovation Natives, a development office for innovations, uses Meet up. Matthias Abel, the managing director, offered his employees the opportunity to design their own workplace in the way that “works best for them”. And Meet up was what they chose. The staff can now get creative around the mobile office board in any way they like – sitting on the floor or standing at the lectern, as Meet up adapts quickly and easily to any situation. The mobile stand can be quickly rolled around the office to the place where it is needed.

EFFICIENCY & DESIGN CHARACTERISE BÜRO OPTIMAL
There is no such thing as a master plan for the ideal office. Despite this, we shouldn’t ignore trends such as hybrid working, i.e. the combination of working in the office and from home, Reinhard Flügel believes.
