Small

  • Business card shop: Business cards and/or two to three other business stationery items (letterheads, envelopes, notepads, etc.).
  • Users: 1-3 people who order centrally for colleagues.
  • Handling of items as print-on-demand. Additional modules are generally possible.
  • The complex ordering process for business stationery is made significantly easier.
  • Employee data and layouts are stored in the shop, time-consuming approval loops are no longer necessary.

Medium

  • Corporate shop for the internal demand for various company promotional items and C-parts.
  • Extensive range of business stationery and some marketing materials (brochures, flyers, business cards, letterheads, envelopes, etc.).
  • Users: Up to 50 people, e.g., per department or location, who order for colleagues via the e-procurement system.
  • Items are mostly made available as print-on-demand.

Our add-on modules:

Approval module
Automated approval loops for the decentralized organization of orders, various approval options: item-related, budget group-related, dropdown list, reminder emails, and more. The parameters can be defined individually.
Interface module (OCI & SSO)
The individual closed shop can be easily connected to your ERP system. The order data transmission, including your usual order numbers, is seamless. Approvals work in the familiar workflow.
Cost centers
Invoices sorted according to your specified cost centers make internal accounting considerably easier and more efficient.
Budget module
Assign budgets to individual users or user groups. They receive a notification directly when the budgets have been used up.
Reporting module
Access simple overviews and front-end evaluations of orders placed.
Voucher module
Vouchers for orderers, e.g., as prizes for competitions or as incentives for sales targets. Redeemable for items from the shop's product portfolio.
Logistics module
With the logistics module, we take over procurement, warehousing, and fulfillment for you. Tasks related to inventory management, stocktaking, picking, and shipping are completely automated – this solution saves resources.
Payment module
With Smartpro, you can offer users of your shop a selection of payment options, such as PayPal, credit card, direct debit, or instant transfer. This makes for simple and secure payment processes.
